Shantae Hall-Carder
Founder / Enrolled Agent
Shantae formed SHC Tax Solutions LLC in 2009 to help individuals and small businesses take control and resolve their IRS tax debt problems by providing convenient, affordable resolution options. Shantae is an Enrolled Agent and has a Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting.
Loyd Bryant
Professional Tax Preparer
Loyd joined SHC Tax Solutions LLC in January 2012. Prior to joining the company, Loyd worked as a supervisor at Vanguard for 17 years. Loyd retired from the Air Force as an officer after serving 22 years of service. Loyd has spent many hours volunteering his time providing free tax preparation service to low income taxpayers. Loyd has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Marketing Management. Loyd is also a proud member of the Omega Psi Phi fraternity.
